QIGONG
Translated as “breath work” or “energy work, ”Qigong is comprised of coordinated slow-flowing movements with deep rhythmic breathing in a calm meditative state of mind. The goal is to help relax the mind while mobilizing the body’s energy. Qigong can be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down.

TAI CHI
Tai chi chuan (tai chi) originated as a martial art in China dating back to the 14th century with 3 inherent components: self healing, martial, and medical aspects. Today, the slow meditative movements achieve health benefits as much as being a preventative measure to counter modern day stress. Tai chi is practiced throughout the world for its benefits of flexibility, strength and endurance resulting in qualitative longevity.
