Charlie Zayas
With over 30 years of experience as a martial artist and teacher, Master Zayas teaches with strict adherence to the original Yang Chengfu form.
In Yang Chengfu ‘s own words (with translation by Louis Swain):
There is only one school of taijiquan; there are not two ways of learning. One may not make a show of one’s cleverness by rashly making additions or deletions. The former worthies developed these methods. If alterations or corrections could be made, the ancestors preceding me would already have put them into effect.”

QIGONG
Translated as “breath work” or “energy work, ”Qigong is comprised of coordinated slow-flowing movements with deep rhythmic breathing in a calm meditative state of mind. The goal is to help relax the mind while mobilizing the body’s energy. Qigong can be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down.
